Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT We require a 50% deposit. We require at least 48hrs notice to cancel your booking for a full refund. If we have less than 48rs notice then your deposit is non-refundable OR transferrable. BEHAVIOUR/MEDICAL ISSUES We ask that you disclose any behaviour issues or medical issues prior your appointment so that we can prepare or ask for clearance from your vets if necessary. IF YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS WE WILL ASSUME YOUR DOG IS FIT AND HEEALTHY ENOUGH FOR A GROOM. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY BITCH IN FULL SEASON
